| Business Phone Services Assistant |
| The Business Phone Services Assistant will provide administrative
support to the Coordinator with regards to business orders and
coordination of internet installation, all while providing customer
service to the end client. |
| Responsibilities |
- Organize and verify orders to be accurate and correct
- Enter orders into Freeside Billing System
- Communicate
with the end customer and sales representative regarding installations,
delivery times, and other items from time to time
- Send
DSL provisioning to DSL team, follow-up and ensure DSL is setup
correctly, on correct phone number, and that the DSL is setup prior to
install
- Aid with booking and organizing install dates for customers
- Attend trade shows when required
- Assist in building better processes for IPPBX co-ordination within Fibernetics
- Assist in training and education of others
- Assist in development and implementation of procedures manual
- Other tasks from time to time

- Proven time management skills

- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment

| Qualifications |
- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Post secondary education considered an asset
