| Project Manager, Business Services |
| The Project Manager will support Sales staff and oversee all business
services processes, business orders, internet/phone installation, all
while keeping a close relationship with the end client. The Project
Manager will also supervise the Business Services Coordinator and
Assistant. |
| Responsibilities |
- Managing all internal and customer relations with regards to the Fibernetics IPPBX
- Organize and verify orders to be accurate and correct
- Enter orders into Freeside Billing System
- Communicate
with the end customer and sales representative regarding installations,
delivery times, and other items from time to time
- Send
DSL provisioning to DSL team, follow-up and ensure DSL is setup
correctly, on correct phone number, and that the DSL is setup prior to
install
- Book and organize install dates for customers
- Assist in the provisioning and shipping of hardware from time to time
- Verify TN for LNP process, organize and work with LNP team to ensure transparent LNP to Fibernetics Network
- Record inventory levels and verify proper levels of inventory are on hand
- Attend regular meetings
- Attend trade shows when required
- Provide weekly feedback to Management regarding IPPBX complications, ideas, solutions, or needs
- Assist in building better processes for IPPBX co-ordination within Fibernetics
- Assist in training and education of others
- Other tasks from time to time
- Supervise Business Services Coordinator and Assistant

| Essential Knowledge and Skills |
- Proven time management skills
- Ability to maintain organization within a fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Shows initiative and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment

| Qualifications |
- 1+ years experience in similar role
- Previous Outside Sales experience preferred
- College or University, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Valid G class driver?s license
- Use of personal vehicle is required
